You may only Move-In to Louisburg College on your assigned Move-In day! We are unable to accommodate earlier dates, but if you have a conflict and need a later date, please call Student Life at (919) 497-1130.

When Can I move-In?

Move-In at Louisburg College will open on your scheduled day at 9 a.m. and arrival times will be determined by student's birth month to help facilitate a smooth and easy process for everyone. It is important that you schedule to arrive during your move-in window. Arriving outside of that time could result in a longer wait and overcrowded process. 

Move-In time windows help ensure a smooth process for everyone involved! Please plan to arrive and check in at the time that matches your birth month.

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Hillman Student born January - April

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Hillman Students born May - August

11:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. - Hillman Students born September - December

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Kenan Students

Where do I go?

On Move-In day, you will start at the Robbins Library. When you arrive to campus, turn right (you will see an "Event Parking" sign) and park behind the Library. You can check in at the front desk when you arrive. Once you have been cleared by both Financial Aid and the Business Office, you will be able to head to Davis Hall where Student Life will print your Student ID and Campus Safety will give you your parking permit if you are planning to bring a vehicle.

From there, you will head to your assigned building and room, where you can unload and set up your space! Be sure to complete your Room Condition Report and turn it in at Student Life!

New Student Orientation 

4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Jordan Student Center MPR

Students will participate in an abridged Hurricane Prep Day with all pertinent student information for students living on campus. This event will take place at 4:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room in the Jordan Student Center! This event is mandatory for all new students!
