When Can I move-In?

You may only Move-in to Louisburg College on your assigned Move-In day!

Move-In at Louisburg College will open on your scheduled day at 9:00 a.m. and arrival times will be determined by student's birth month to help facilitate a smooth and easy process for everyone. It is important that you schedule to arrice during your move-in window. Arriving outside of that time could result in a longer wait and overcrowded process.

Move-in time windows will help ensure a smooth process for everyone involved! Please plan to arrive and check in at the time that matches your birth month.

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m: Students born January - April

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m: Students born May - August

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m: Student born September - December

We are unable to accomodate earlier dates, but if you have a conflict and need a later date, please call Student Life at (919) 497-1130.

 

Where do I go?

On Move-In day, you will start at the Jones Performing Arts Center (JPAC). When you arrive to campus, turn at the Library (You will see an "Event Parking" sign) and park behind Robbins Library. You can check in at the front desk when you arrive.

Once you have been cleared by both Financial Aid and the Business Office, you will be able to head to Davis Hall where Student Life will print your Student ID and Campus Safety will give you your parking permit if you are planning to bring a vehicle.

From there, you will head to your assigned building and room where you can unload and set up your space! Welcome to campus!
