Dr. Ahmad Ud Din holds a Ph.D. in Biology from Chongqing University. He also holds an M.Phil. in Microbiology from Hazara University, an M.Sc. in Biology from Gomal University, and a B.Sc. from the University of Science and Technology Bannu.

Before joining Louisburg College, Dr. Din conducted postdoctoral research at North Carolina State University and the University of Maryland, Baltimore. His research experience includes experimental biology, molecular biology, animal models, biological data analysis, metabolomics, and laboratory-based research. He has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles and presented his research at national and international conferences.

Dr. Din is an educator and researcher with more than seven years of academic and research experience. His academic interests include nutrition, gut health, probiotics, prebiotics, dietary bioactive compounds, host-microbe interactions, inflammation, and metabolic health. His research explores how dietary factors influence biological processes and contribute to health and disease.

As an Assistant Professor of Biology at Louisburg College, Dr. Din is committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. He uses lectures, laboratory activities, discussions, and student-centered learning to help students understand biological concepts and connect them to real-world applications.

Dr. Din believes that students learn best when they are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, explore scientific ideas, and actively participate in the learning process. He is committed to helping students develop scientific reasoning, laboratory skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in communicating scientific information.

Dr. Din remains actively involved in research and professional development and enjoys bringing current scientific discoveries and emerging technologies into the classroom. He is committed to lifelong learning and to helping students recognize the relevance of biology in human health, nutrition, the environment, and everyday life.

Outside the classroom, Ahmad enjoys exploring emerging technologies and their applications in education and research, learning about new scientific developments, and discovering new ideas and opportunities for continued learning.
