Form 1095-C indicating Minimum Essential Coverage for Medical Insurance will no longer be mailed. You must request a copy. 

We are required to prepare a 2024 Form 1095-C for you that will be filed with the IRS. The new Paperwork Burden Act signed into law on December 23, 2024 allows us to forego furnishing you a copy of your Form 1095-C unless you request it.
