Louisburg College Welcomes New VP of Enrollment

Louisburg College is pleased to welcome its new Vice President of Enrollment, Dr. David Tracy. Dr. David Tracy

Originally from Maine, Dr. Tracy has over 34 years of higher education leadership experience predominantly at two-year college. Most recently, he served as an executive consultant for the Registry for College and University presidents. His expertise spans student affairs, enrollment management, academic support, institutional research, and strategic initiatives that drive student success. 

At the Registry, Dr. Tracy served in key interim leadership roles: Interim Special Assistant for Enrollment Management at Clinton Community College; Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management at Loyola University New Orleans; and the Dean of Enrollment at the University of Maine at Fort Kent. He also served at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Harrisburg Area Community College. 

Dr. Tracy holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands. Additionally, he holds a Bacherlor's in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Maine.
