Laura Neff Rejoins Louisburg College as Vice President of Student Life
We are pleased to announce that Laura Neff rejoined the Louisburg College community on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, as the Vice President of Student Life. She previously served as the Dean of Students at Louisburg College from 2015 - 2017.
In her new role, Laura will oversee the Student Life department developing and implementing a comprehensive program to enhance the social, physical, cultural, spiritual, and intellectual life of all students.
“We are excited to welcome Laura back to the Louisburg College family,” said Dr. Gary Brown, President of Louisburg College. “Her distinguished career as a dedicated leader in the development of students as citizen scholars as well as preparing them to work and succeed in a diverse, global society will be a tremendous asset for our student population.”
Laura brings over 40 years of experience in student affairs to Louisburg College. “With her extensive knowledge, Laura will lead us in establishing priorities for Student Life and open communication between students, faculty, staff, and parents in support of Louisburg College’s mission,” stated Brown.
She has a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science from Denison University. During her career, she has served in Dean and Vice President roles at the University of Richmond, Randolph-Macon College, Denison University, The College of Wooster, and Salem Academy and College.
“Her knowledge and love of Louisburg College and the community will serve her well. We are pleased to have her leadership and presence in guiding the work of the Student Life team,” concluded Brown.
