Transcript Request
Louisburg College transcripts can be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse using their online Transcript Request Form.
Ordering Process
Any student who attended Louisburg College after 1995 may select a transcript in either electronic or postal mail delivery format. Any student who attended Louisburg College in 1995 or prior will only be able to select transcripts in postal mail delivery format. Your transcript is the official, permanent academic record of all the courses you have attended. The official transcript contains notations of degree pursued, degree earned, and academic honors received.

- Express Mail (Second Business Day Delivery - Not Available to PO Boxes) - $9.50
You can pay for your transcript with any major credit or debit card. Louisburg College will charge your credit or debit card once it sends your transcripts. However, if you use a debit card, your bank may put a hold on your funds when the college pre-authorizes your payment. If you have questions about the pre-authorization, please contact your bank. The college will email or text message order updates if desired. You may also track your transcript order online.
Processing Time
Transcript processing time at Louisburg College takes three to four business days, not including the additional time for US Postal Mail delivery. Orders placed around holidays or peak periods such as registration will take longer to process. Please review the College’s academic calendar for holidays, registration days, and administrative office closings. Transcripts are not processed or mailed on the days the college is closed.
Financial Holds
Louisburg College reserves the right to withhold issuing academic transcripts to students who have any financial holds on their account. These outstanding obligations include a failure to pay tuition or outstanding balances, and/or a default on any federal student loan including a Federal Perkins Loan. If a student has a hold on their account, the college will give the student the contact information for the office that placed the hold. The student must clear the hold before Louisburg College will issue their transcript.
