Types of Visits
Private Campus Visits
Prospective students and their families may schedule visits on Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Group tours can be scheduled by reaching out to the Admissions Department directly at admissions@louisburg.edu or (919) 497-1122
Visits typically take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete, including a 45-minute guided tour of campus with one of our Admissions Counselors, a 15-minute session with your Admissions Counselor for high school and college students, 15-minute sessions with our Financial Aid Director, and if you would like to speak with a coach, you can have a brief 15-minute contact session (if they are available).
Before you schedule a group tour, you must read and agree to a Group Visit Contract’s contents. You may obtain a copy of the contract from Admissions. All visitors must send their requests at least a week before their intended visit to receive proper accommodations.
Accepted Students Day
Accepted Students Day is an event for accepted students to come and meet with faculty and current students. They take a tour of our beautiful campus and discover clubs, organizations, or athletic teams with which they may be involved.
