Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Visits Louisburg College
The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Franklin visited Louisburg College's Campus on April 5th.
Leadership Franklin, a program designed to connect businesses and community leaders with the greater community of Franklin County, has twelve people in its 2023 class. The group visited campus during the Chamber's annual Franklin County Education Day. This day normally involves Leadership Franklin visiting various schools and colleges in the area.
The group arrived at the College at around 11:00 a.m. and met with Dr. Christopher J Withers in Admissions. The group, alongside Dr. Withers and Student Ambassadors Caysey Colant and Jacob Chacon-Martinez, toured the campus to learn about Louisburg College's history and culture.
Leadership Franklin also ate lunch at the College and listened to guest speaker, Dr. Gary Brown, President of Louisburg College. Dr. Brown spoke about the College as an institution and as a part of the community and also spoke about leadership.
