The Louisburg College Community officially celebrated the beginning of the Academic Year with Convocation on September 3, 2024.

The ceremony, which began at 11:00 a.m., featured words from College President Dr. Gary Brown, the new Chaplain Rev. Laura Wittman, new Vice President of Academic Life Dr. Jeff Elwell, Professor Katie Bolling, and guest speaker LC Alum Lorenzo Crowder. They gave kind regards to the campus community while sharing advice with students.

This year's short and sweet ceremony was centered around teaching students to take pride in their successes, to never give up their goals, and to ask for help when needed.
