Housing Selection
The Office of Housing & Residence Life is excited to have you join our living and learning communities for the 2025-2026 academic year. Please follow the following steps below to obtain your housing assignment.
Continuing & Returning Students
Step #1 |
Register for classes with your Academic Advisor. |
Step #2 |
Complete the 2025-2026 Housing Intent Form. You must use your Louisburg College email to complete this form. |
Step #3 |
Complete the 2025-2026 Residence Life Housing & Commuter Agreement. |
Step #4

Attend Housing Selection on April 2nd in the Jordan Student Center MPR between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. |
Step #5 |
Continuing & Returning Students do not need to submit a Housing Deposit, Immunization Records, or additional Background Checks. |
New & Incoming Students
Step #1 |
Once you have been accepted to the College, pay your $100.00 Enrollment deposit. Please make all checks payable to "Louisburg College" and send them to the Office of Admissions. |
Step #2 |
Complete the 2025-2026 Residence Life Housing & Commuter Agreement. |
Step #3 |
New & Incoming Students need to complete & submit Immunization Records. Click here for more information on Immunization Records. |
Step #5 |
New & Incoming Students need to complete the Background Check Form. This will be provided at Hurricane Prep Days or from the Office of Housing & Residence Life. |
Step #6 |
Once all requirements are completed and verified, students will be assigned housing spaces. An email confirmation will be sent from the Office of Housing & Residence Life, which will include specific room assignments and roommate details. |
